- Finance Duration: The Buyer agrees to clear the full vehicle price within the selected finance duration of weeks from the agreement date.
- Failure to Complete Payment: If the Buyer fails to clear the full payment within the agreed duration, a court notice will be issued. After receiving the notice, the Buyer will have an additional 1 week to clear all dues along with a late fee of $5,000.
- Vehicle Seizure: Failure to clear payment after the additional 1-week period will result in permanent seizure of the vehicle by the Dealership.
- Non-Refundable Payments: Any payment made is strictly non-refundable.
- Lawyer Fee: A mandatory lawyer processing fee of $5,000 applies.
- Vehicle Recovery: If available after seizure, recovery requires a fee of $10,000 plus full outstanding balance.
- Legal Binding: This Agreement is legally binding under applicable law. Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be resolved according to applicable law.
By signing below, all parties hereby confirm that they have carefully read, fully understood, and voluntarily agreed to all terms and conditions stated in this Vehicle Finance Agreement.
