Terms and Conditions
- Finance Duration: The Buyer agrees to clear the full vehicle price within the selected finance duration of weeks from the agreement date.
- Failure to Complete Payment: If the Buyer fails to clear the full payment within the agreed duration, a court notice will be issued. After receiving the notice, the Buyer will have an additional 1 week to clear all dues along with a late fee of $5,000.
- Vehicle Seizure & Penalty: Failure to clear payment after the additional 1-week period will result in permanent seizure of the vehicle by the Dealership. The Buyer must also pay a penalty equal to 50% of the total vehicle price. If the Buyer has paid less than 50% of the vehicle price, they must pay the remaining amount to meet the 50% penalty threshold. If 50% or more has already been paid, no penalty applies. If the Buyer fails to appear or pay, the Dealership may automatically deduct the outstanding penalty from the Buyer’s registered bank account in accordance with this agreement.
- Non-Refundable Payments: Any payment made is strictly non-refundable.
- Lawyer Fee: The Buyer must pay a mandatory $5,000 lawyer fee for preparing this agreement.
- Vehicle Recovery: If available after seizure, recovery requires $10,000 plus full outstanding balance.
- Transfer Restriction: The Buyer is not allowed to sell, transfer, or give ownership of the vehicle to any other person while the finance is active.
By signing below, all parties hereby confirm that they have carefully read, fully understood, and voluntarily agreed to all terms and conditions stated in this Vehicle Finance Agreement.
